Annika Viilo (born 12 November 1965) is a Finnish orienteering athlete and world champion. She won a gold medal at the 1995 World Orienteering Championships in Detmold as part of Finland's relay team. She earned silver medals at the 1993 World Championships in West Point, one in the classic distance and one in the relay. She also won a bronze medal in the relay at the 1989 World Championships in Skaraborg. After retiring, she became a middle school teacher, teaching health education and physical education. In 2016, she won a gold medal at the World Masters Orienteering Championships in Estonia in the long distance in the W50 category.
