Jack Cosgrove “Bluey” Watkins (12 February 1893 – 13 July 1974) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played in the forwards—lock, second-row and sometimes hooker. He spent his entire club career with Eastern Suburbs in the NSWRFL from 1913 to 1926, playing 136 games and scoring 25 tries (75 points). He helped Easts win premierships in 1913 and 1923 and win City Cups in 1914, 1915 and 1916.

Watkins also represented New South Wales (13 games, 2 tries) and Australia (7 tests, 1 try). He was part of the 1921-22 Kangaroo tour of Great Britain and is listed as Kangaroo No. 92. His career was interrupted by World War I, during which he played for the Australian Imperial Forces against England. He died on 13 July 1974, aged 81.
