Irakleia (Greek: Ηράκλεια) is a small village in Phthiotis, Central Greece, Greece. It sits in a plain between Mount Oeta and the Malian Gulf, near the city of Lamia. The village has had several names over time. During Ottoman rule it was called Moustafabei. On July 4, 1915, it was renamed Irakleia Trachinias, after the ancient city Heraclea in Trachis. It received its current name on October 16, 1940. Administratively, it has been part of various municipalities and prefectures. It became an independent community in 1912, joined the municipality of Gorgopotamos in 1997, and since the 2011 local government reform is part of the Lamia municipality, in the Gorgopotamos municipal unit. The 2021 census recorded 369 residents.
