Hypercompe tessellata is a moth in the subfamily Arctiinae. It was first described by Herbert Druce in 1906 and is found in Peru. Scientific name: Hypercompe tessellata (H. Druce, 1906). Synonym: Turuptiana tessellata H. Druce, 1906.
