Hixson High School
Hixson High School is a public high school for grades 9–12 in the Hamilton County Schools system, located in Hixson, Tennessee, near Chattanooga. Founded in 1909, the current campus opened in 1966 after moving from the old site, and ninth grade was added in 1993. The school serves about 887 students with around 58 teachers, for a roughly 15:1 student–teacher ratio. The colors are black and gold, and the Wildcats compete in the TSSAA.
