Herman Walter de Zoete (13 February 1877 – 26 March 1957) was an English cricketer and amateur sportsman. He was born at Bromley Common, Kent, and went to Eton College before studying at the University of Cambridge.

In cricket, he was a right-handed batsman who bowled slow left-arm orthodox and left-arm medium pace. For Cambridge University (1897–1898) he played first-class cricket, taking 55 wickets in 18 matches, with his best return 6/53. He scored about 150 runs, with a top score of 29. He also played two first-class games for Essex in 1897 and later appeared once for Hertfordshire in 1928.

Outside cricket, de Zoete played golf for Cambridge, earning blues in 1896–1898 and reaching the semi-finals of the Amateur Championship in 1903. He represented England in the England–Scotland Amateur Match in 1903, 1904, 1906 and 1907.

He married Dorothy Courage, and they had five children. His brother-in-law, Charles Round, also played first-class cricket. During World War I he served in the Essex Yeomanry and rose to the rank of Captain. He spent his final years in Sproughton, Suffolk, and died in Ipswich in 1957.
