Hans Kemna (5 March 1940 – 27 October 2024) was a Dutch casting director and actor. He was born in Rotterdam. His father chaired a theatre company, and after finishing high school Kemna studied at the Amsterdam Theater School. He became one of the Netherlands’ leading casting directors, founding Hans Kemna Casting in 1970 (later known as Kemna Casting and Post Castelijn Casting). As an actor, he had small roles in several productions, including Floris, Turkish Delight, Baantjer and Kinderen geen bezwaar.

For fifty years he lived with his partner, British-Dutch actor and director Adrian Brine. They married in 2000, becoming one of the first male couples to wed; Brine died in 2006.

Kemna passed away in Amsterdam on 27 October 2024, at the age of 84.
