Guillermo Andrés Vernetti (born 17 April 1993) is an Argentine footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Santamarina. He was born in Rosario, Argentina, and is 1.82 meters tall.

Vernetti began his professional career with Ferro Carril Oeste, debuting on 8 June 2014 in a Primera B Nacional win over Brown. He spent four seasons there, making 111 appearances and scoring 14 goals, including seven goals in the 2016–17 season and a two-goal game against Atlético Paraná in February 2015.

On 23 August 2018, he joined Mitre and played around eight games. In July 2019 he moved to Defensores de Belgrano, debuting off the bench on 18 August in a 0–0 draw with Gimnasia y Esgrima; he appeared in nine games in total.

In January 2021 Vernetti moved abroad to Isidro Metapán in El Salvador, where he played 18 matches and scored once. Later in 2021 he returned to Argentina to play for Santamarina, where he has made 18 appearances.
