George Hirose

George Hirose is a Japanese-American photographer based in New York City. He was born in the Bronx and teaches at Pratt Institute. In 2013, the New York Times covered his project to photograph all 39 East Village gardens. He takes all his photos at night. In 2008 he published an art book called Blue Nights.
