Freihausen
Freihausen is a small village in the municipality of Seubersdorf in Bavaria, Germany. It lies in the Upper Palatinate region and is part of the Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz district. About 230 people live there. Freihausen is located about 19 kilometers southeast of Neumarkt, on the Franconian Jura hills. The Wissinger Laber river starts southeast of the village. The climate is humid continental (Dfb). The average temperature is 7.7°C, a little below the German average, and the area receives about 735 millimeters of rain per year, a bit more than the national average.
