Francisco Adolfo Castillo (c. 1927 – 17 June 1982) was a Salvadoran military officer who held the rank of colonel in the Salvadoran Army. He served as Deputy Minister of Defense during the Salvadoran Civil War and was a member of the High Command General Staff during the final offensive in 1981. He died at age 55 when the military helicopter he was aboard was shot down in Perquín, Morazán, by the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN).
