Fountainhead School

Fountainhead School is a co-educational day school in Surat, Gujarat, India. It is affiliated with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and offers education from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12. The school was founded in 2005 by IIT Mumbai and IIM Ahmedabad graduates Vardan Kabra and Ankita Diwekar Kabra, who started Fountainhead Preschool. They later partnered with Parag Shah to move to a larger campus in Kunkuni village.

Today, the school has about 2,000 students and more than 500 staff. Instruction is in English, and the student–teacher ratio is about 20:1. The 9.8-acre campus in an urban area includes a library, science and computer labs, design labs, a splash pool, sports facilities, a performing arts center with three mini theatres, and playgrounds. The school has four houses—Dignity, Integrity, Liberty and Unity—and the colors blue and red.
