Forvia SE, formerly Faurecia SE, is a French global automotive supplier based in Nanterre, near Paris. It’s one of the world’s largest auto parts makers, especially strong in vehicle interiors and emissions-control technology. The company designs and manufactures seats, exhaust systems, interior components (dashboards, center consoles, door panels) and decorative finishes like aluminium and wood.

Forvia serves major carmakers worldwide, including Volkswagen, Stellantis, Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi, Ford, General Motors, BMW, Daimler, Toyota, Hyundai–Kia, BYD, Tesla and Jaguar Land Rover, among others. In 2022, it reported revenue of about €25.5 billion, operating income of about €1.1 billion and a net loss around €382 million. The group employs roughly 157,000 people and runs more than 300 production sites and 35 R&D centers across about 37 countries; more than 20% of its turnover in 2024 came from China.

Forvia was created in 2022 by merging Faurecia with the German supplier Hella. It is listed on Euronext Paris as Forvia SE. Major investors include Franklin Resources, Exor, Peugeot Invest, Bpifrance, Dongfeng Motor and BlackRock.
