Flo Long

Flo Long is an English rugby union player from Bristol. She plays as a prop for Worcester Warriors Women. She started her senior club career with Bristol Bears in 2020 and joined Worcester Warriors the same year. Flo has represented England at the U20 level and was named as a development player for the 2021 Women's Six Nations squad. In 2022 she had a short-term loan spell with Saracens. As a junior, she played for Somerset U18s. Her mother had breast cancer, and Flo supported her.
