Famous Last Words is Hedley’s second studio album. It was released in Canada on October 30, 2007, and hit number three on the Canadian Albums Chart. In the United States, the album was released as Never Too Late on May 12, 2009, with a different track list and a blue cover (the Canadian version has a red cover).

Recording and production
The band worked with producers Dave Genn and Greig Nori. Recording took place at Hipposonic Studios and The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, and at Rock Beach Recording in White Rock, British Columbia. Hedley aimed to build on their debut with a more mature sound.

Music and style
While some tracks like She’s So Sorry and Narcissist keep a pop-punk vibe, others like For the Nights I Can’t Remember and Dying to Live Again are more emotional ballads. Never Too Late experiments with ska and reggae on Never Too Late.
