Fahrudin Zejnilović (17 January 1955 – 22 March 2014) was a Bosnian football player and manager. He was born in Sarajevo and began his playing career with Borac Banja Luka in the Yugoslav First League (1977–78). He then moved to Slovenia to play for Maribor (1979–80) and Svoboda Ljubljana, known as Merkator, (1980–81). In 1981 he spent a short period with Fenerbahçe in Turkey and also played for Galus Wolfsberg in Austria and Trepča (1984–85).

As a coach, Zejnilović led several clubs: Istra (1985–86) and Famos Hrasnica (1986–88). After the Yugoslav Wars, he managed TOŠK Tešanj (1998–2000) and helped promote them to the First League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1999. He later coached Đerzelez (2000–01) and Igman Konjic (2002–03). In 2005 he was named head coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s U18 team for the Mediterranean Games. Abroad, he coached Ethiopian club Saint George in 2007. In 2012 he served as caretaker manager of Olimpik for one match in the Bosnian Premier League.

In December 2013, a bomb exploded in front of Zejnilović’s house in Sarajevo, causing only material damage. He died a few months later in Sarajevo on 22 March 2014, at the age of 59.
