FC Păpăuți, full name Fotbal Club Păpăuți, is a Romanian football club from Păpăuți near Zagon in Covasna County. Founded in 2000, they play in Liga IV Covasna County and host matches at the Comunal stadium, which holds 800 spectators. The club is owned by Zagon Commune, with Csaba Benedek as chairman and Attila Kelemen as manager. Their nickname is Păpăuțenii (the people from Păpăuți).

The team rose through the local leagues after winning the 2008–09 Liga V Covasna County to reach Liga IV. In 2012–13 they finished first in Liga IV Covasna County and beat FC Râșnov 7–1 in a promotion playoff to move up to Liga III. In their first Liga III season they finished 10th in Series VI, but the next season they were excluded from Liga III after 11 rounds due to unpaid arbitration fees.

Păpăuți had a local rivalry with FC Zagon, with both clubs competing in Liga IV and Liga III until 2015 when Păpăuți was excluded; a year later Zagon withdrew from the third league and was dissolved.

Their best result was 10th place in Liga III during the 2013–14 season, and they reached the second round of the Cupa României in the 2017–18 season. Today they play in Liga IV Covasna County.
