Emmanuele Brancaccio, O.S.B. (died 1686) was an Italian Catholic bishop who served as the Bishop of Ariano from 1667 to 1686. He was a Benedictine priest. He was appointed Bishop of Ariano on 6 March 1667 during the papacy of Pope Alexander VII. He served in this role until his death in 1686 in Ariano, Kingdom of Naples. As bishop, he helped consecrate other bishops.
