Diodene Efon Elad (born 5 September 1970) is a former English footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in Hillingdon, England. Elad started his career with Fortuna Köln in Germany (1992–1993) before moving to England. In the Football League, he played for Northampton Town (1993–1994, 10 appearances), Cambridge United (1994, 3 appearances), and Mansfield Town (1995, 2 appearances), all with no goals. He later played for non-league clubs Stevenage Borough (1997), Hitchin Town (1999), Leighton Town (1999), and Basingstoke Town (2000). In league play, he made a total of 15 appearances and scored 0 goals.
