Eduard Marian Florescu is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga I club Hermannstadt. Born on 27 June 1997 in Pitești, he is 1.88 m tall. He came through the youth system at Argeș Pitești before starting his senior career with Mioveni in 2013, where he made 82 league appearances and scored 10 goals. In 2018 he joined Viitorul Constanța but did not appear in league football for them, and soon moved to Botoșani, where he played until 2022 (80 appearances, 6 goals). In 2019 he was loaned to his boyhood club Argeș Pitești, adding 16 appearances and 2 goals. In September 2022, Florescu signed with Universitatea Craiova on a two-year deal, but returned to Botoșani in January 2023 after not breaking into the Craiova side. Between 2023 and 2025 he made 73 appearances and scored 13 goals for Botoșani. He spent 2025 with Elimai (9 appearances, 1 goal) and Unirea Slobozia (16 appearances, 1 goal) before moving to Hermannstadt in 2026, where he has begun playing (3 appearances, 1 goal as of January 31, 2026). Internationally, Florescu was part of Romania's Olympic squad in 2021, earning four caps.
