Edison Station is on Line 1 of Monterrey’s Metro (Metrorrey) in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. It sits at the intersection of Edison Street and Colon Avenue in the downtown area. The station opened on April 25, 1991, as part of the first segment of Line 1 from San Bernabé to Exposición. It serves the west side of downtown and the Talleres neighborhood. The station is accessible for people with disabilities. It is named after Edison Avenue, and its logo features a phonograph, an invention by Thomas Edison.
