Volodymyr Ivanovych Rybin (born 14 September 1980 in Kreminna, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian cyclist who competes on track and road. He specializes in endurance events. Rybin is the 2005 world champion in the points race and won a silver medal in Madison at the 2006 World Championships. He represented Ukraine at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games. He rode professionally for Universal Caffé (2005–2006) and ISD Sport Donetsk (2007–2010). He is 1.76 m tall and weighs 69 kg.
