David Lee Ingersoll

David Lee Ingersoll is an American cartoonist and illustrator based in Seattle, Washington. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska, soon after the 1964 earthquake, and grew up mostly in Sebastopol, California, where he loved drawing dinosaurs and monsters. In the late 1980s and early 1990s he published art in small-press horror and sci-fi zines and created the comic Misspent Youths in 1991. He also did illustrations for RPGs and contributed to publications like Factsheet Five and GLYPH Magazine, later working on Oz Squad and other projects. He has done work for Chaosium, including a cover for The Spiraling Worm, and has contributed to magazines such as The Black Seal and Worlds of Cthulhu. He is married to writer Sarah Byam and is the brother of Glenn Ingersoll. His official website is skookworks.com.
