Crüe Fest 2
Crüe Fest 2 was Motley Crüe’s summer 2009 tour, the second Crüe Fest. The lineup was announced March 16, 2009 at a Fuse TV studio in New York City. The bands were Charm City Devils, Drowning Pool, Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman, and Mötley Crüe. Nikki Sixx said the lineup brings together great bands for one rock-filled day. Mötley Crüe also planned to play the entire Dr. Feelgood album each night to celebrate its 20th anniversary. A second stage was added through a Monster Energy partnership, featuring five more bands (one local band picked by a local radio station). The local band opened that stage. The other confirmed second-stage acts were Cavo, Rev Theory, 16 Second Stare, and Shram.
