G. Mahathevan
G. Mahathevan, full name Mahathevan a/l Gengatharan, was born on 31 May 1988 in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. He is a Malaysian former professional footballer who played as a defender and stood 1.90 meters tall. He trained with Selangor FA Reserves and Academy from 2006 to 2008 before playing for several Malaysian clubs, including Shahzan Muda, PKNS, Negeri Sembilan, T-Team, Penang, Sarawak, Megah Murni, and MISC-MIFA.
Internationally, Mahathevan represented Malaysia from 2009 to 2012, earning two caps. He made his debut in February 2011 as a substitute in a friendly against Hong Kong, selected by coach K. Rajagopal.
