Claudia Nicoleitzik, born 8 December 1989, is a German Paralympic sprinter who competes mainly in the T36 category for athletes with coordination impairments. She has taken part in the Paralympic Games in Beijing (2008), London (2012) and Rio de Janeiro (2016).

Her medals at the Paralympics include two silvers at Beijing 2008 in the 100 meters and 200 meters T36, and a bronze at London 2012 in the 200 meters T36. She has also competed in World Championships—Christchurch 2011 (100m), Lyon 2013 (100m and 200m), and Doha 2015 (200m)—as well as European Championships, including Stadskanaal 2012 (4×100 m T35-38) and Swansea 2014 (100m and 200m).
