Chick Meehan (September 5, 1893 – November 9, 1972) was an American college football player and coach. He played quarterback at Syracuse University from 1915 to 1917. He later coached three colleges:

- Syracuse University, 1920–1924: he led the team to a 35–8–4 record, including back-to-back eight-win seasons in 1923 and 1924.
- New York University (NYU), 1925–1931: he went 49–15–4, the most wins and highest winning percentage in NYU football history, and was inducted into NYU’s athletic hall of fame.
- Manhattan College, 1932–1937: he posted a 31–21–6 record.

Overall, Meehan’s career coaching record was 115–44–14. He died at age 79 in Syracuse, New York.
