The 1923 Persian legislative election was held in November 1923 after Reza Khan was named prime minister by Ahmad Shah Qajar. It was the last election of the Qajar dynasty, and Parliament opened on 11 February 1924.

Election results: 138 seats in the National Consultative Assembly were won as follows — Reformers' Party 76, Revival Party 40, Socialist Party 14, Hassan Modarres's Party 8.

Election conduct: Reza Khan used the military to influence many tribal constituencies, giving the Revival and Socialist parties a majority. Tehran’s election, by contrast, was not manipulated.

Prime minister before and after the election: Reza Khan.
