Cherhill, Alberta
Cherhill is a small, unincorporated hamlet in Alberta, Canada, within Lac Ste. Anne County. It sits along Highway 43, about 35 kilometres east of Mayerthorpe and 82 kilometres northwest of Edmonton (census division No. 13).
The name comes from the last syllable of postmaster A. P. Stetcher’s surname, with "hill" added. The post office opened in 1911. In 2008, Cherhill’s population was 60.
