Carl Johan Severin Steen
Carl Johan Severin Steen (1825–1874) was a Norwegian politician and jurist. He was born in Lom on 12 October 1825. He moved to Førde in the 1850s, where he worked as a jurist and county auditor. He served as mayor of Førde from 1870 to 1873. In 1874 he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament and attended sessions until 18 April, when he went on sick leave. He died on 15 June 1874.
