Carbacanthographis acanthoamicta is a bark-dwelling lichen in the Graphidaceae family. It was described in 2022 by Shirley Cunha Feuerstein and Robert Lücking. The species is known from Papua New Guinea, with the type specimen collected in a primary montane forest in Myola (Owen Stanley Range, Northern Province) at about 2,100 meters (6,900 feet) above sea level. It is currently known only from this location.

The thallus is olive to yellowish brown, with a thin cortex and an underlying prothallus. Its ascospores come in eight per ascus, are hyaline, and measure 17–20 by 8 μm, with seven transverse septa and up to two longitudinal septa.

Carbacanthographis acanthoamicta contains salazinic acid, detectable by thin-layer chromatography. The name reflects its similarity to Carbacanthographis amicta.
