Cameron Suafoa (born 23 April 1998) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays as a flanker for North Harbour in the National Provincial Championship and is contracted to the Blues in Super Rugby. He is 196 cm tall and weighs 116 kg. He attended St. Peter’s College in Auckland.

Suafoa began his senior career with Auckland in 2019, then Tasman in 2020, before moving to North Harbour in 2021, where he has made over 30 appearances and scored 20 points. He joined the Blues in 2022 and has 31 appearances with 20 points.

Internationally, he was selected for the Māori All Blacks in 2022, earning one cap. He made his Māori All Blacks debut on 29 June 2022 at FMG Stadium in Hamilton.

In April 2024, Suafoa announced a break from rugby to undergo radiation treatment for cancer. He returned later in 2024, captaining North Harbour in the Bunnings NPC. He became a regular starter for the Blues in 2025 but missed the entire 2025 season due to a second cancer diagnosis. He is of Māori (Ngāpuhi) and Samoan descent and has been an ambassador for the New Zealand Sarcoma Foundation since his cancer diagnosis.
