Busted is a country song written by Harlan Howard in 1962. Johnny Cash, with the Carter Family, recorded it for his 1963 album Blood, Sweat and Tears. The song has since been recorded by several artists, including Ray Charles (1963), Nazareth (1977), John Conlee (1982), and Chris Ledoux (1982).
