Brooke Abel
Brooke Abel (born February 15, 1988 in Northridge, California) is an American synchronized swimmer. She competed with the U.S. women's team at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Abel began swimming with the Riverside Aquettes as a child, coached by Sue Baross Nesbitt. In 2003, she teamed with Meryl Grandia and Caitlin Stewart to win the Junior National Trio Championship. She was on the U.S. team at the 2004 Junior World Championships in Moscow, finishing fourth. She also appeared on the TV show Switched in 2003.
