Brickellia frutescens, or the shrubby brickellbush, is a North American flowering plant in the daisy family (Asteraceae). It grows as a bush up to about 60 cm (2 feet) tall and is very branched. The plant has many small purple flower heads.

It is native to desert areas in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico, including Arizona, southern Nevada, southern California, and Baja California.
