Brian Hollamon
Brian Hollamon is an American college baseball coach and former shortstop. He most recently served as the head coach of the Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks from 2018 to 2023. Hollamon played shortstop at Salisbury University from 1992 to 1995, earning team MVP honors as a sophomore in 1993. He grew up in Delaware and attended Sussex Central High School in Georgetown.
He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore from 1996 to 1999. He then coached at Mardela High School in Mardela Springs, Maryland (2000–2003) and later led Parkside High School in Salisbury for 14 seasons (2004–2017), helping several players earn NCAA Division I scholarships.
On August 21, 2017, Hollamon was named head coach at Maryland Eastern Shore, a position he held through the 2023 season. His overall head coaching record at UMES is 61–169, with a 1–4 mark in the MEAC tournament, 0–2 in postseason play outside the MEAC, and 0–0 in the NCAA tournament.
