Bremen Teater is an event venue in central Copenhagen, Denmark, located at Nyropsgade 39–41. It has 648 seats and hosts a wide range of events, including comedy, theatre, concerts and talks.

The building also houses Hotel Mercur. The hotel and theatre site has a long history: the Mercur Theatre started in 1965, and over the years it changed hands and use several times, including a period as a cinema and nightclub owned by Simon Spies. It was renamed Privat Teatret in 1985, closed in 2007, and was revived in 2009 as Bremen Teater—the name it uses today.

Bremen Teater has hosted many Danish and international performers, and it has been home to TV shows such as Live fra Bremen and ALOHA!, which aired on TV2. The venue is known for comedy, theatre, concerts, film screenings, award shows and other events like talks and conferences. It also opened a popular bar, Natbar, in 2012, which quickly became a notable part of Copenhagen nightlife.

The theatre is currently managed by Jesper Majdall (managing director) with Søren Hvidt as day-to-day manager.
