Robert Stephen Bulch (1 January 1933 – 8 May 2012) was an English footballer who played as a wing half. Born in Washington, England, he began his senior career with Notts County after his national service, making 27 Football League appearances and scoring once between 1953 and 1958. He was part of Notts County’s Midland League title-winning side in 1954-55 and also played in the 1955-56 and 1956-57 teams.

In 1958 he moved to Darlington, where he made 44 league appearances and scored one goal over two seasons. He later played non-league football for Washington and Hartlepool United, but a serious knee injury from his Darlington days eventually ended his professional playing career.

After football, Bulch enjoyed golf (handicap 9), snooker, and gardening, and he remained a football fan. He died in Washington, England, on 8 May 2012, aged 79.
