Bob Windsor (born December 19, 1942) is a former NFL tight end who played nine seasons in the league. He was born in Washington, D.C., and went to Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland, before playing college football at Kentucky. He was drafted in 1966, in both the NFL and AFL drafts.

Windsor played for the San Francisco 49ers from 1967 to 1971 and for the New England Patriots from 1972 to 1975. In 1969 and 1970 with the 49ers, he started all 14 games in each season. He had 49 receptions for 597 yards in 1969 and 31 receptions for 363 yards in 1970. With the Patriots, he became a starter in 1972, starting all 14 games and making 33 receptions for 383 yards.

He is best known for a late 1974 winning touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings. Windsor caught a short pass, broke several tackles, and dragged a tackler into the end zone to give the Patriots a 17–14 win. He injured his left knee on the play and missed the rest of the season, never playing at the same level afterward. He retired after the 1975 season.

Over his career, Windsor had 185 receptions for 2,307 yards and 14 touchdowns.
