Bob Kelly (Robert Edward Kelly) was an American MLB pitcher who played from 1951 to 1958 for the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Redlegs, and Cleveland Indians. Born October 4, 1927, in Cleveland, Ohio, he batted and threw right-handed. He debuted in the majors on May 4, 1951, with the Cubs and appeared in his last game on June 4, 1958, with the Indians. Over his career, he posted a 12–18 win–loss record, a 4.50 ERA, and 146 strikeouts.

Kelly attended East Cleveland Shaw High School, leading them to a state title in 1944 with a 7–2 record and 75 strikeouts in 13 games. He played college baseball at Purdue University (1946–1947) and Western Reserve University (1948–1949).

He died November 27, 2024, in Old Lyme, Connecticut, at age 97. Kelly was the last surviving major leaguer who had been managed by Rogers Hornsby and Frankie Frisch.
