Beyond a Joke (1972 TV series)
Beyond a Joke is a British comedy sketch show that aired on BBC2 in 1972. It stars Eleanor Bron, John Bird and Barrie Ingham, with writing contributions from Michael Frayn. Some sketches from the series were later shown in 2014 on The Comedy Vaults: BBC Two’s Hidden Treasure, as part of BBC2’s 50th birthday celebrations.
