Belgaum Rural Assembly constituency

Belgaum Rural is one of 224 assembly constituencies in Karnataka, India. It lies in Belagavi district and is part of the Belgaum Lok Sabha constituency. The seat was first created in 1951 and was re-established in 2008 after redrawing the assembly map. It has about 259,537 electors and no reservation. The current MLA is Lakshmi Hebbalkar of the Indian National Congress, elected in 2018.
