Basketball at the 2023 European Games – Women's 3x3 tournament took place in Kraków, Poland, at the Cracovia Arena from 21 to 24 June 2023. The 16 teams from one confederation were seeded using the serpentine system based on the FIBA 3x3 Federation Ranking. All times were local (UTC+2). Lithuania won the title (their first), France finished second, Spain took third, and Romania finished fourth.
