Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH) serves Juneau, Alaska, the state’s capital and largest city in Southeast Alaska. It is owned by the City and Borough of Juneau and is the city’s only hospital and emergency department. BRH has 57 inpatient beds and 61 beds in Wildflower Court, the adjacent long-term care facility it acquired in July 2023. The hospital is located at 3260 Hospital Drive in the Twin Lakes area, near Egan Drive. It provides an emergency department and is a Level IV trauma center.

BRH opened in 1886 as St. Ann's Hospital in downtown Juneau and was run by the Sisters of Saint Ann until the 1960s. In 1965, control was transferred to the City and Borough of Juneau, which built the current facility at the Twin Lakes site. The hospital is named after Edward Lewis "Bob" Bartlett, Alaska’s first United States Senator.
