Kuoy Bunroeun (born 12 February 1967) is a Cambodian politician who has represented Kampong Cham Province in parliament as a member of the Cambodia National Rescue Party. Previously, he represented Takeo Province as a member of the Sam Rainsy Party from 2003 to 2012. He served in parliament from 2003 to 2014. He is the brother-in-law of Eng Chhai Eang. Bunroeun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National Institute of Management and works as a politician and accountant.
