Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary (BMATS) is a private Baptist seminary in Jacksonville, Texas. It is owned by the Baptist Missionary Association of America. Founded in 1955, the campus is on the northeast side of Jacksonville near Texas State Highway 135. The motto is “Earnestly Contending for the Faith.”

BMATS has about 10 faculty and 160 students. The president is Charley Holmes and the dean is Philip Attebery.

The seminary offers Graduate and Undergraduate Studies. Degrees include:
- Associate of Divinity
- Bachelor of Arts in Religion
- Master of Arts in Religion
- Master of Arts in Church Ministries
- Master of Divinity

Accreditation:
- The Undergraduate and Graduate Divisions are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), which helps determine eligibility for federal student aid.
- The Graduate Studies Division is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools to award the Master of Divinity and the Master of Arts in Church Ministries.
