Asham Quarry is a 2.6-hectare geological site north of Newhaven, East Sussex. It is protected as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is part of the Geological Conservation Review. The quarry lies within the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It provides important evidence about past environments over the last 100,000 years, including the Last Glacial Period and the early Holocene. The site has long deposits from the early to mid Holocene and has yielded several radiocarbon dates.
