Antipaxos

Antipaxos is a small Greek island in the Ionian Sea, located about 3 kilometers south of Paxos. It covers about 5 square kilometers.

Administratively, Antipaxos is part of the Paxoi municipality in the Corfu regional unit, western Greece. As of 2021, the island’s permanent population was 21 people.

The island is largely covered in vineyards and has several beaches and one harbour, Agrapidia.

Antipaxos’ three main beaches are:
- Vrika, known for white sand
- Mesovrika, pebbly
- Voutoumi, pebbly

The island can be reached by a 15-minute sea-taxi from Gaios, the main port of Paxos.

In culture, Antipaxos is the fictional birthplace of Nadja of Antipaxos in What We Do in the Shadows (played by Natasia Demetriou).

Geography: Coordinates are approximately 39.1493°N, 20.2317°E. It is located in Greece, in the Ionian Islands.
