Alessia Tornaghi (born 3 July 2003 in Milan) is a figure skater who now represents Bosnia and Herzegovina. She began skating in 2008 and rose through the Italian national ranks, becoming a two-time Italian national champion (2019 and 2020) and winning the 2019 Golden Bear of Zagreb. As a junior she earned bronze at the 2019 Junior Grand Prix in Italy.

She trained in Milan and later in Moscow, and from 2020 trained in Norwood, Massachusetts with coaches Alexei Letov and Olga Ganicheva. She represented Italy at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics, finishing sixth individually and helping the Italian team to fifth place. She also finished eighth at the 2020 European Championships and thirteenth at the World Junior Championships. In 2024 she announced she would compete for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
