Construction took place from 2014 to 2023 and the building is owned by Al Mana International Holdings. The design was by MZ & Partners with KONEDoka GmbH as the structural engineer. The tower houses residential space on levels 1–37 and office space on levels 37–48, totaling 168 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and 117 office suites (simplexes and duplexes). Amenities include a swimming pool, gyms, private elevators, and retail spaces for supermarkets and pharmacies.
